Collection notes

The V-safe dataset is based on voluntary self-reported survey responses from people who chose to enroll after vaccination. Because participation is optional and the data are self-reported, the sample may not represent every vaccinated person or every vaccine experience.

The version used here was published through Data.gov and collected by the CDC’s V-safe program for post-vaccination safety monitoring.
